Trick Posted October 3, 2009 Author Share Posted October 3, 2009 (edited) I need a receipt for my RPC All Access purchase, but when I go to my Vismasters account (commerce.vismasters.com) I get "service unavailable". It's the same database, just a different front end look. That is remnant of when I used to work for them. I'll be closing that store VERY soon. As for why it does not work, you'll have to wait until Monday to contact they. They host all those servers and do all the support. I have nothing to do with them anymore. Errrrr...do you really think I have not tried this...Taking the trouble to post on a forum is harder...or isn't it...How many ways do you think there are to get to the commerce.vismasters.com subsite? And to clarify again: commerce.vismasters.com is not working ATM, so indeed I'll need to wait till after the weekend. Just to make it more clear: since purchasing RPC All access directs you to the Vismasters shop, does this mean that Vismasters is the same or a part of Archvision ? If so, why support is not in the same place...with Archvision ?!? So where should I go with this problem in the first place ? With Vismasters or Archvision ? (Which I did both BTW!)
