spanish pants
Greetings all, I´m trying to gather resources so i can begin doing my first archiviz animation. I like the effect of the glass flying in or out of position on the building. Does anyone know how to achieve this o where i can find a tutorial ? Thanks
Dave Buckley
just a thought, but technically, you could model it in place first, then group everything together, then use keyframe animation to scale these out of view of the camera, then just scale them back down to the original size, everything then should fly in off the screen into its exact place. this is a really cheap way of doing it i would imagin there are plenty of better options
ihabkal
there is a plugin for that, costs $200, they have a free limited version. it is being sold by http://www.3dbrother.com All these high end animaitons with thousands of flying objects use it. Thanks, Ihab
LuckyST
they have a cool effect done in "extreme engineering" show on discovery channel, where the building is ripped apart... still havent checked out the link you gave... but I hope they have a "put apart, tear apart" script... spanish pants
Thanks for the help guys. Geat plugin looks like it could save alot of time. I guess i´ll try it in conjunction with some animated transparency maps. Cheers
