verticals vertical or not vertical

I find that doing a viewport preview with camera correction (vertical shift on Vray cam) that it jumps, but does actually render correctly.

 

It all just depends on how much you look up or down with the camera. I think maybe for a good practise if you're horizon line stays a 3rd away from the top and bottom edge it should look fine to use correction.

 

But also take care when working with wide lenses as it can distort badly very quickly.

I find in animations it is not a problem to not have camera correction. Animations are dynamic an d moving, not a photo at the wall that you look at for years. If you worry to much at this it will prevent you from enjoying the process.
