bloched wall with Vray and max

hello, while using the AEC walltool in max 2009 and vray I often get black blotches in the corners.

as GI i use irradiance map and light cache, but it doesnt depend on it I tried it also with other maps.

 

however when i go in wall properties and change generate mapping coordinates it goes away for few reders and then i have to change it again as the blotches reappear.

 

I appears to be some bug in wall geometry as the blotches look as two polygons over each other. but i find the parametric wall and windows very effective tools in 3ds and would hate to give it up
