Jeff Mottle
Was in Miami last week and took these. I also posted a bunch of new photos on Flickr along with info on the ones below. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jmottle/
AJLynn
Nice ones. Fall colors on Walden Pond. I went out to take some photos for new graphics I'm doing for an old portfolio project. I had photographed it around this time of year... and lost the negatives. So I shot the same film with a similar lens, but didn't love the results so I think I'll just use the digitals - the Nikon goes nuts on the colors like Velvia but with DR. Tim Nelson
Excellent photos Jeff! How much time do you spend in post on those?
Jeff Mottle
Excellent photos Jeff! How much time do you spend in post on those? Thanks! I spent about 15-60 min per photo. I also did all my post in Photoshop Lightroom. I rarely go into Photoshop anymore since I started using Lightroom a few years ago.
SandmanNinja
VERY nice photos, Jeff. Wow - lightroom is that good? I should investigate. I've been using Photoshop since version 7 (maybe earlier) and I tend to get stuck in my ways.

You can't do much in the way of spot editing like you can in PS, but if your image is pretty good from the start, LR works pretty well. It's also fantastic at cataloging your images too. I have about 12,000 photographs in my collection now. I just need to get around to editing them all! I use a plugin in LR that allows me to publish directly to Flickr, which is really handy too. I like to think it's the person behind lightroom, than the tool itself though.
Tim Nelson
I like to think it's the person behind lightroom, than the tool itself though. Absolutely! Nice work. I've never used light room so I'll have to check it out.
neil poppleton
Lightroom is the business. Couple of shots from this weekend. Place called Guardamar, in Spain. Shot with just my trusty pocket Sanyo camera.
Crazy Homeless Guy
I've tried Lightroom demo a few times, but always wind up getting frustrated at the overall user interface speed. Maybe the SSD's take care of that. But anyway, they promoted this on This Week in Photography. Lightroom 3 beta open for public use and review. It is good until April 30th, 2010 so that should be plenty of time to test it. http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/lightroom3/
