Section produces weird output

Hey,

I've made a 3d Model, and now I want to generate a section. I'm using the standard section stuff (just like elevation) to produce them.

But they look extremely bad. Every vertex is located at a 1mm interval. For instance, every cornerpoint of a hole in a beam is located at a multiple of 1 while they're not supposed to.

Everything of thickness 1.2mm becomes 1 mm, etc.

And my aluminium cladding panels, which are round at the bottom, become square. And yes, they too at 1mm intervalls.

Would the "section" command be a better procedure for producing my cut throughs (2d)?

Elevation is the same story, it doesn't produce the output I need.

BTW, sections of a tube produces all the edges, but when I turn dispsilh to 1, it vanishes, along with the outermost edge.... any solution to this problem? (I don't want all the inner lines, but do want the outlines).
