wedekiba
Hello, I am working on some interior office renders and need some suggestions on improving them. I am using V-ray and any helpful comments are greatly appreciated. I have attached views from the lobby, work space, and lounge.
luckyluc
It looks like a scene from a spacemovie or something. Maybe there is too much blue in the scene. Maybe the people look weird and are emphasized to much. The model of the woman is nice, where did you get it from? I wouldn't use it in all the scenes though. wedekiba
Yeah I agree, somethings off with it. The people are from poser. I brought them in and fixed them a bit in 3ds.
STRAT
the realism of the scenes would be lifted greatly without those 3d people in it.
3rddimension
I think they look good but a little sterile. Maybe introduce some plants to soften the image and introduce different colours outside the predominent blue and white
Kyle
I would definately ditch the people.
wedekiba
Alright, I agree the people don't look right. I do need people in the scene though. Do you think photoshopped real people in the scene is the way to go?
Crazy Homeless Guy
Along with replacing the people, you need to look at your lighting solution. It is splotchy, and the balance doesn't feel right. I would work on getting a nice smooth lighting solution, and pushing more light bounces. But be careful not to drown out the brights vs. dark area. Also, the white balance feels a bit cold, which will make the image less inviting. The material that the Architectonica sign on also needs some work. I am not sure what it is, but I think it can be better.
wasteland giant
The people have got to go. Once removed the image will be a LOT better. The GI blotchiness should be fixed. Not sure about the uber distressed metals everywhere. And in lurid blue too. too much blue. Blue sky blue walls blue screens.. cold colour. add some pine/orange? wedekiba
Alright, I have an updated lobby render. What do you guys think?
luckyluc
Hello Brian, The image is less blue, that is ok. The people are gone, that is ok to. the tiles on the floor and wall maybe could have less bump, and less white dots. The metal on the left still is strange. I would find it difficult to feel comfortable when I would walk into an office and saw this. The overall impression is that every part of the picture screams for attention, so it is hard to focus. Why are there so many paintings on the wall? Maybe1 or 2 would be as nice. the lighting still isn,t good enough to remove the noise.
