xView problems (select results)

Is it just me or does the 'select results' option in the xView menu not work?

 

As you can see in the picture i have a file from articad, it has random face orientation and is driving me mad to be honest.

 

articad only outputs .dxf or .kit files. When i import the dxf directly into max i get the face orientation problem.

 

so i tried importing the dxf into sketchup and then saving as skp to utilise the connection extension, but it appears by flipped faces are still not eliminated.

 

so i've gone into xView and chosen to display face orientation, next i want to be able to select all of the green faces shown from the xView operation and flip them all at the same time. i was hoping 'select results' would do the trick, but it doesn't select all of the flipped faces

 

is there are more automated way for me to reorient the faces other than selecting each one using edit mesh and then flip
