sketchup animation question

Hi guys,

 

How can get this animation from sketch to render effect, moving Color from right to left , In that link are he use different scene in sketch up or another animation program.

if you want to go another step farther..... you could also use AE and draw splines that match the image...... stroke the paths, set the spline to reveal, and animate the start and end of the stroke so that it gives the impression of drawing the underlying image.
