License export/import needed for a hardware update?

Hello:

Well i am about to update my PC almost entirely, it will be practically a new one (Mobo, CPU, RAM, Boot disk, VGA)

Right now, i´m in the phase of backup everything and i don´t know exactly how to proceed with the license of Max, i have 2009 design. I tried to export the license trough Portable license utility, but i have to add a computer first to export the license, and for that i need a computer code, the problem is that this computer still doesn´t exist, since i have to rebuilt it from this one (same chase, PSU, data HHDs). So what to do in this case?

Also have the same question for Vray, i guess there´s no need of this since i have the Wibu-key thing right?

Also i will install win 7 64 bit, and i´m crossind my fingers so i won´t have any problem satting my net and backburner to render with mi render machine on XP 64bit.

 

Hope someone can help me i´m in a hurry here.
