New Plug-in Version. Proxies.

Fired up Max last night and it said there was a new Maxwell plugin release out so I checked the changes list and it said it had a proxy object.

 

First test with it shows that the proxy object works. I'm having display issues, but that may be because I'm running the software driver on an old cheap ATI card.

 

Over 40,000 proxies @ 4 polys each (it's extra sleazy grass). Max mem usage 630,000k. Maxwell: 122,000k. The render is progressing along nicely.

 

I'd tell you more, but this isn't really my field so I don't know what to tell you and I've gotta go do other stuff anyway ;-).
