PlS.SUGGEST ME FOR MY WORKSTATION

Hi! friends,

Pls.find herewith attached my workstation detail.

 

few days before I bought intel core i7 cpu 2.67 ghz.4gb ram.My hardware master given me for trial base Quadro fx_1700.

 

Pls.tell me is it proper for my workstation???

 

If no pls. suggest me best graphic cards as per my work station.

 

I am doing 3d architectural work and using 3ds max 64bit and V-ray.

as I mentioned in a different post, I have two older generations, the 1400, the 1500, I am still using the 1500 everyday. I am having problems with memory (too small, only 256GB), but it is still a good card. But why 1700? 1800 has been out for many many months. 1700 is one or maybe two by now if the 1900 are out generations old.

watch out he might have an older used card 1700 that he is trying to get rid of. ask him about the 1800.

my old old 1400 costed me $500, the new 1800 costs the same and is waaaaayyyy faster. and much more memory.

By the way the 1500 still plays todays's games at medium to good settings.

that means i could by quadro fx 1800?????????right
