Sturm
I've been trying to find an answer for the past hour and am both extremely frustrated and extremely tired. I can't even post my question on Maxwell's own forums because, for whatever reason, I'm not allowed to post there. I'll buy someone's lunch if they can answer this for me. I've got 3ds Max 2010 64-bit and Maxwell Render 2 installed. They work just fine together. I especially like Maxwell's ability to browse their online material library from within 3ds Max and download the materials directly. I've run into a slight problem, though. See, by default, Maxwell wants to download everything to the C:\Users\…etc.… folder. I have a relatively small Solid State Drive as my C: drive and don't want all the MXM materials downloaded there by default. I need to change this and I cannot figure out how. Can anyone please help out here? If you need more info/details, just let me know. I'm going to sleep now so I should be in a better mood in the morning. Thanks. Sturm
Okay, I think I was able to figure this one out on my own, finally. I just never looked at the "File" tab in the Maxwell Material Editor inside 3DS Max.
