carlotristan3d
I've noticed that some filter functions in PS are disabled for 16-bit images. Also i'm not able to save in .jpg 16-bit images, i had to adjust them in 8-bit. Does anybody else have this issue?
Stephen Thomas
JPG is an 8-bit format; for 16-bit images you have to use TIF, PNG or PSD file types. And yes, some of the filters are not compatible with 16-bit images. If you need to use any of these then make any colour corrections and levels changes first while still in 16-bit mode, then convert down to 8-bit.
