Material Texture Tiling Issue - NEED DESPERATE HELP PLEASE !!

Looking for some help with tiling textures on maxwell 2.

 

Im using a material called sandstone tile which I got from the maxwell website. The material needs to be applied to the floor in both the hallway and the W.C. I have managed to get the material to tile fine in the W.C, but want to same sized tiles, on a larger surface area in the hall space.

 

When the material is applied to a larger surface, it looks all stretched!

 

Each of the texture settings are the same for each texture.

 

I have attached a quick render of the problem, and would be greatful if somebody could explain how to get the same results from the W.C floor in the hallway.
