peprgb
Hi, I have followed the tutorial "Rendering a walk-through animation" from spot3d and i get those area-blotches in the following exterior scene, i dont get those spots when rendering IM on Single and LC From File, so understand that is Irradiance Map probelm It's rare cause this is an Ortographic camera on Top view, with a perspective one don't have problems. Have read a lot but without a solution..... Regards, thanks 1_image: animation frame 2_image: Single frame mode (no blotch) 3_for understanding scene geometry
DavidR
I don't think it will work properly with an ortho viewport. Try using a camera with a very long focal length, like 800mm or higher. If it absolutely HAS to be ortho, try turning off GI and using ambient occlusion instead -you could get the same look as in your renderings with faster render times and no flickering. peprgb
Thank you very much for the reply, for the moment i guess that can be the Ortograhic view but it's strange cause i have a saved IM that give me good results for a number of frames and another with "better" quality that give blotches all frames. Anyway, in this case i would do with BruteF+BruteF since i dont get blotches neither flickering. Regards,
