VUE objects render black in 3DS MAX

vue seems to work great by itself and i can import everything into 3ds max but when i render all the vue objects render black. ive tried all the renderers, the standard max renderer, the vue renderer, and mental ray. mental ray renders just a white screen. the vue renderer doesnt even act like it rendered anything and the max renderer renders all the vue objects black.

 

i have 3dsmax 9 and 2010 and and im using vue 8xstream.

 

if anyone has any tips that would be awesome. ive been trying for weeks to get it to work with no results.

hello no problem buddy

by default vue objects visibility if off so you have to enable it first.

"right click on vue object go "object properties" & on all rendering controls now u can use any render you want. hope you will be enjoy.

Thx for the tip . now the objects appeared in the render , but still the background environment is totally BLACK . Any Help Please ?!
