Z Height Issues with File Link to 3DS Max?

Note: ACA 2010 to 3DS Max 2011

 

I'm trying to file link/import an ACA project into 3DS Max and I'm discovering that the various Z height settings from the ACA project are not being held when pulled over to 3DS Max, and are instead all arriving at the same Z height. The 1st floor, 2nd floor and roof are all on top of one another.

 

Is this an ACA setup issue or a File link issue? Has anyone discovered a better way of getting ACA projects to MAX?
