Timed Animation

I have an up coming project of generating a 2 minute drive-by for the actual scene of a 15 minute drive. In other words if am driving the jorney takes 15 minutes but must compress it into a 2 minute animation. That in itself is no problem. The problem is while the animation is running a clock (digital of analog) needs to be running along in the animation to show the actual time the journey takes (which is 15 minutes) how do i incorporate this into the aimation?

Pretty sure u can make it in Affter effects,

Effects/text/number then u can time remap it to make it run faster.

Pluggins, what pluggins, where can I get them, will they run in AutoCad/ Accurender because thats what i use.

 

I do not use max.
