Best Max to Quest3D workflow for Architectural Visualization?

Dear Veterans,

 

Your input is highly appreciated,

 

Well starting with the basics, nice clean max scene, modeling while efficiently managing the poly budget, using best fit textures, large textures only when needed, then lighting the scene.

 

Then comes the daunting part, baking to texture, what are your recommendations????

Baking object by object, or using a pluging as flatiron??

Or if you can suggest a nice tidy wokflow to deal with it including the Unwraps.

 

According to your experience, what's the best exporter, (no animation), collada, panda soft, cgr exporter?

 

Best shaders to use for realism in the scene?

 

And best of all, if anyone knows of a tutorial that answers all or parts of my querries and I would say a lot of other beginners' too, would would be greatful.

 

For us I guess we need some guidelines to follow, no time for us, to start programming studies.

 

Thankful for any tip.
