Main interest: sustainable tropical architecture

I am a mechanical engineer, working many years in industry. My plan is to settle in Thailand and working on sustainable housing.

 

Like in many other tropical countries, Thailand's energy demands raise dramatically because of the increasing use of air-condition units - instead reducing the cooling needs.

 

I assume there is a great potential in sustainable and affordable housing for the tropics!

This is mainly a forum for computer graphics in architecture. While most questions will garner a response, you would be a lot better off locating a forum that is dedicated to sustainability.
