need advice

Hi,

i hope someody can give advise in this case, it's not a architectural but i hope i can post in off topic section.

This the background story,

last year,I bought a flat unit using the bank loan,then after i signed the loan they explained that it's a compulsary to have a home insurance aswell, either to take from gov or non-gov. then i choose to take the non-gov,so everything done up until my completion date, and the key was handover to me.so last week i receive a letter from the one of the gov bodies, said that my gov insurance was commencing and already activated since my completion date. and then i wonder, i though i already sign an exemption from using the gov insurance, then i check to the gov, and they said, the non-gov insurance never gave the a record that i was insured,so i called up the non-gov insurance agent, and they not even have my record,in other words not even know me,(who the hell ru?), looks like the bank never done their job properly. so i ask the bank and the officer who used to handle my case, the person whom i sign my loan with,, was already not working in the bank.

but i still have this officer mobile number,i called up the bank customer service so many times, since yesterday untill today, never respond. and explain to me what's going on, and they send me another officer asking me whether i can meet up to re-apply the application.

so, my friend advice me, that i better to get my money, which i paid 2 months premium, in advance.

and apply myself (not using the bank agent).

less probs, and forget about the bank fault, less problem. but i still feel that the get away so easy, just say "we are sorry, so we will re-apply your appl",cause even i speak with the manager, bang the table, they will not do anything.

so, i am out of idea, right now, i hope somebody can give me any idea or advice.what should i do.

i forgot to tell about this, my loan will tie me with this bank for 35 years,now not even a year yet,maybe to re-finance with other bank is another solution but i feel it will be complicated.
