nisus
Hi, Only a quick comment. I like the color schemes and layout, but I want to click as less as possible before seeing things. The latter is not well covered on your page. Basicly I got bored after seeing only one image (the bottles) so I quit. (Can't comment much, but being honest) rgds nisus
STRAT
same as nisus really. colour scheme made me nausious, navigation is too long and i personally dont like all that animation and flash stuff. too distracting.
Miguel Madail de Freitas
Sure for the coments, no harm made of course. Alway good to hear good criticism, either good or bad. Well, this is just a step taken, if you go to our previous page, ull see why we're so happy about it the page isnt complete anymore, but just watch the layout... www.big-spot.com/V1 Thanks! Paul Griger
Hey Miguel, It’s obvious you put a lot of hard work into the website. I like the colors the flashy stuff and the overall scheme…. ...if the website was geared for a children’s product ~ But you are, I imagine, trying to target the professional market. This website will not appeal to an architectural professional IMHO As a professional, it doesn’t appeal to me. There is too much happening on the site. I always turn off my sound before I go on the Internet now because people throw sounds and click noises on their websites. I don’t need that being in an office all day and then disrupt our tranquil setting here with someone’s website noise. The menus are hard to click on once in a while. You have to “chase” them down; I hate that! Keep them in the same location for each page please. And I have to agree w/Strat in saying that you were closer to a professional architectural site with your last website. The layout and color scheme was less overwhelming. I’m really sorry to say all these things, and you are the final judge of what is best for you and your market. But that’s my $0.02. Great site, wrong target market though IMHO. Remember Mies’ words, ”less is more” and.. also apply the KISS method. Keep It Simple Stupid best, paul
Miguel Madail de Freitas
I agree with all comments about the main target ppl. BUT, they're not our only target... we also want to appeal tv advertising ppl, and these are very "crazy" ppl, like new stuff, dynamic and bla bla bla... Also, we wanted to show that we know how to do web-design, which in ou previous site, wasnt that much appealing for client that think web-site has to be wacked... i think it doesnt have to be that way, but im not going to pay myself its hard to get all audiences to like it, thats why we have some doubts and like to hear from you. In other foruns, like flash and advertising, we're getting the exact opposite reactions Oh well, lets see what it gets Thanks!
Gnarly Cranium
Not knowing Spanish, I'm having a hard time navigating the site at all, so I can't say much-- one thing I do know though, is that I personally hate having to wait for pictures to fade in. Iain Denby
Golden Rule: Don't make your most important thing (your images) more than 3 clicks away. I was frustrated before I saw one!
