matt_vinoir Posted September 2, 2002 Share Posted September 2, 2002 still can't use vray on my viz 4. When i click on the VRmaxspawn button i get a pop up telling me that a maxnet.dll is missing. kid Posted September 2, 2002 Share Posted September 2, 2002 It's found in the Max root folder. You can see if mine works under your viz installation. Put it in your Viz4 root folder. VRmaxspawn is part of the network/distributed rendering stuff. Can you get VRay working just for a normal still frame render? I was wondering about copyright... maxnet.dll has nothing to do with VRay other than VRay looks for it when network rendering. Try to render on a single PC before you start with network stuff.
