HeDaCoM
Which technique do you use to render roof tiles? (arab tiles) I've tried to model it but generates an insane number of polygons... so. a texture may be the option. but looks flat in a close look. How to do it? I need a solution. maybe what I need is a more powerful computer heh.

HeDaCoM
Thanks Jeff for remember me I also was thinking in using the displacement maps... how would have to be the grayscale texture of a tile to displace it? mmmm maybe rendering a tile and using z-buffer channel. I'm going to try and post the results.
