Cadalyst buys Cadence magazine

I just read the headline, and was pretty shocked - and saddened. I remember reading both those mags all the way back in highschool, and while the mags have been quite thin the last few months, I can't imagine it being a good thing that there is now only one major CAD magazine (atleast that I know of).

 

1+1 almost never equals 2 when it comes to business mergers, but I'll still eagerly await my December issue to see what they have in store for us CAD people.
