maurocan Posted March 9, 2004 Share Posted March 9, 2004 please check these image, i'm having huge problems with lightning (radiosity), any help will be usefull. i'm using 3dmax 5.0 and here are the actual parameters: RADIOSITY PROCESSING PARAMETERS Initial Quality: 85 Refine Iterations (all objects): 3 Refine Iterations (selected Objects): 0 RADIOSITY MESHING PARAMETERS Enabled: yes Meshing size: 0.5m LIGHT PAITING Intensity: 500 lux Pressure: 10% RENDERING PARAMETERS Re use Direct Ilumination fron Radiosity solutuon: NO Render direct ilumination: YES Regather Direct Ilumination: NO EXPOSURE CONTROL Logarithmic Exposure Control: Active LOGARITHMIC EXPOSURE CONTROL PARAMETERS Brightness: 30 Contrast: 50 Mid tones: 1 Physical scael: 1300 THANKS!! (photometric based on real world scale) cause if drawed in millmeters but max is in meters (it's an example) did u uncheck 'exterior daylight' ? if nothing solves that pb i don't know....
