darko
Hello everyboy, Here is my first scene on 3DS6. I'm a beginer and when i see all these pictures on the forum i can't understand how it's possible to do that. So, could you help me to improve my scene? I have some problems with my textures, lights... About lights, i only use 2, 1 rectangular light and 1 directional light + the GI of finalrender. If someone can help me... thanks, Steph. darko
Another pbl is the render time with a rectlight... with a good antialiasing, the GI and the rectlight in 640x480, it's about 10 hours on a 2 x xeon 2.8... but i can't get something good without rectlight... darko
thanks, i tried your config ang now it's very "flat".... there is no more contrast on the walls and i can't see the shadows on the ground... About the saturation, i can improve it with photoshop Do you exclude some objects with your lights? or do you use some environments param? One more thing, do you use fr_materials or standard materials for furniture/walls?
DelfoZ
The glass of the table = FRGlass Floor=fR-advanced the rest = standard One Question. Are you using Glass in the windows ? The GI don´t pass through the glass (Fr-glass) u need use a fR-Advances for the glass.. Thats settings work form me in my scene i dont know if work in all the scenes. maybe kunstraum.tv or any other FR user can post another tips .. darko
i use fr_advance for everything except the red wall. but i don't understand why colors are so "strong". how do you check if a texture is nice for light reflection (no to much...)
