I have heard this theory expressed by 'power computer users' in quite a lot of fields now.... that someday the software vendors are 'going to get their act together', fix everything which doesn't work and suddenly at least half or even more of the workforce currently employed doing very little more than filling in for the limitations presented by the software... are going to find themselves made redundant overnight!

 

I dunno, but this seems to be a good subject for discussion... I am sure people have lots of different experiences and opinions as to this... some very obvious ones like 'will Windows ever work properly'.... and perhaps some less obvious ones. I got the notion of starting this thread, having made this post here, only 5 minutes ago:
