hi...

idont see any problem in your model. u can work for textures and lights for tis image.

2 points

1-it seems you have only sky lighit in your schene but the backround image is more sunny day. my suggestion is increase the value from skylight, create a spotlight with strong shadow. it can bring your image in live.

2-the stone texture in floor is not really realistic, im sure i could play with it.

Hi there!

The overall problem i think is in light and textures. The main thing is that your light is bright but the shadows doesnt match. You should try to add a spotlight to simulate sun, with raytraced shadows! (Look out of your window if its sunny at your place, your shadows should be sharp!!!) Another big problems are you textures!!!!!!! Try to mix at least 2 for the front pavement, so you wont see the tiling anymore. And last but not least, i think your horizont line looks weird, your terrasse is going higher than the horizont, that looks odd to me!

Hope this helps.
