leed
Strat this is how Z imports as for as I am aware DXF or DWG export can not export curve information. It brakes then down into poly lines at a specified amount (in the export, import dialogue box). Lee
STRAT
thats ALLOT better than they import into C4D. C4D doesn't even equally space the verts, or compensate for small arcs and big arcs in the same import. max/viz imports them nicely, with 3 verts per arc, no matter what angle is used. but, thats due to the obvious close links between the software. leed
Strat I just done a few tests and can import the parametric data for the curves into Z, but not into C4D and as you say there is no control over the point placement in C4d. lee
