alastair
when you use an image as a backround ,why does Max render the reflection 2d? The background image just continues through the objects. In other words the reflection on objects seem as if they are part of the 2d image of the bakground ,if that makes sense. This is really bugging me. Thanks in advance
Iain Denby
You probably have the rfelction map set to 'screen' which projects your map through the geometry. Set it to texture
tenderfoot
u can use the geosphere method, make one check hemisphere and slap the image unto the object, that way you can, toggle the background image whichever way u want
