sean og
Hi, Here's a Flash presentation of an unbuilt Beach house I've created with Autocad and Viz. The renderings have some variables the user can change by clicking on them. It's still a work in progress, the links at the top are a little jumpy and will be addessed soon, but aside from that I'd really welcome some constructive critique from this community, Cheers, Sean Og http://www.302oceanave.com

Fran
Hi John, That's a very effective presentation format. I think I would rather look at something like that over pan views or even animations.
Ras
I agree with Fran the interactivity makes it very atractive. If you were trying to sell at "type" house to ordinary people - this would be perfect. You don´t have to educated to experience the house and you can play around if you want to. I like it a lot. sean og
Thanks everybody for your positive feedback, in answer to Kalle Eliasson's queston, it took 8 weeks at about 20 hrs/week, however, a lot of that was a learnng curve. I'd never used radiosity before and some of the features in Flash were beyond me at the time. It still needs a little tweaking, but It's nearly there. Thanks again, John

William Alexander
Very Nice, integrated presentation, awsome. I really like the front page exterior view, sniper vp:D . Framed a house just like 15 yrs ago, Fly rafters, paralams, TJI rafters, 5 rings of scaffold, and 120lbs of steel- hanger & straps, even the same color. Not a sinper shot-bazooka, bad memories. Very classy, for real & an excellent set of renders. It took me somewhere, obviously, not because of the form but the quality of the images!!!!! Good Job.
