clueless3d81
I was wondering if its possible download the files of these tutorials: http://cgarchitect.com/resources/tutorials/smoke3d/default.asp . I have difficulties following most of the tutorials because of lack of information that make my attempts look like i just got 3dsmax yesterday. tenderfoot
what do you mean download tutorials? the text and images can be easily stored into your computer, if you are using internet explorer, go to: file>saveas> (choose "web archive" in the save type) , web archive makes only a single file all pictures in, unlike the typical htm that keeps a separate folder for the images. does that answer the question? Try Lynda.com --> they have vid tuts, but are very basic, concerns all basics of max, if thats too basic, i think, gnomon also has more advanced vid tuts (or am i wrong and is that only Maya) Jape,
Jeff Mottle
Hi Dave, Sorry we don't offer any of our tutorials in a PDF format if that is what you are looking for. However, if you have Adobe acrobat, you can easily print them to a PDF. Alternately you can print them directly to your printer.
mtutaj
You could also use a free version of cutepdf to create the screen shots to .pdf format. http://www.cutepdf.com and look at the cutepdf writer.. Mike

dexter
Hello Dave, I agree with Richard. That is what I do whenever I want to save some tutorials, I save them as "Web Archive, single file (*.mht)". It will save the whole page as the way it is, so u can view them anytime...
