j.k
I tried to apply uvw map to multiple imported autocad .dwg model componets like scatterd walls. But, 3ds Max v.6 gave me a messge that I cannot apply uvw mapping to multiple objects. Do I really have to apply uvw map to wall by wall (object by object)? It is going to be torture. Please let me know how to deal with this problem. Thanks hoon
Ricardo Eloy
Hum, normally you should be able to do what you want... How are the walls divided? By layer? Or are they copies? [] Rick
j.k
I didn't use the option of "combine by layer" when I imported the dwg file, So they are individual objects. Does it make this trouble?
Paulcalif
You should be able to apply a UVW Map to multiple objects without issue. Are you using UVW Un-Wrap by chance? That will not work on multiple obj's... Paul
