Life Style
Here is some student work of a residential project in Toronto (on Church street if you know the area) The design isn't mine but the 3D work and photography is. It is modeled in AutoCAD, materials in Max, rendered with Brazil and composition work in Photoshop. C&C are more than welcome, don't hold back I want it turn out really well! salf
It looks good, but you need more tweaking and change somethings. - Overall is too blue, try other colors. - Why the columns keep on going up after the curved roof? (this also happens with 1 column on the tall building behind) -I dont know your blueprints, but the wall on the right is a "big no" in my book, extremely agressive with the context. Life Style
The modeling of the building including wall and columns are correct according to the design. The building itself is actually from an award winning competition entry which was judged by a jury including Jane Jacobs and a member of OMA. I do agree the building looks too blue. I'm working on the materials to get them just right. I think the image is good now but I want it to be great. Does anyone have any suggestions for giving the image a bit more pop! graphix
Looking good The modeling on the building looks fine. The textures need some work, most off all that blue. The building further back doesnt come close to matching the lighting in the foreground. The extreamly blurred out people are REALLY distracting as well as the blur of a car going by........ I know the effect you are trying to go for but it REALLY needs some tweaking. graphix
