issues with mapping.

I always had problems with floor mapping. All the floor textures I apply on projects, the part of the floor that is closer to the camera, looks stretch out, (specially towards the corners of the render) i think this is some kinda of camera or prespective issue, but i dont know how to get rid of it.

 

Any advice?

 

Look at this example, the only material applied is the rug in the floor, the rug pattern is just a series of dots, in the render you can tell that the closer the rug getto the camera the dots looks all distorted (stretch out)
