3D Plans Jason
Hello everyone, I'm hoping to get a good amount of contructive criticism on this one. I think it has a lot of potential and I'd like to extract every bit of it. No comment is too harsh as long as it's followed by a suggestion for improvement! Thanks for the help Jason
Ricardo Eloy
Silly question...aren`t the junctions between blocks a bit too transparent?
3D Plans Jason
Rick - not a silly question at all. You are correct, they ARE too transparent. Thanks. I know how to fix. Later.

chuck
this is a nice image... -the plant on the left looks a bit flat. not sure how to fix it. the right plant gets enough light that you can actually see the light hitting it from the camera angle. you could increase the specular level of the plant material...most plants are glossy. a few random omnis set to specular only might show the contours of the leaves then...maybe. -what is behind the plant on the right? a bad RPC tree? it looks off, and i doubt it would be that bright.. i'm guessing its being used to mask the space to the horizon line above? -the light on the right doesnt seem to be casting a shadow below it...shouldnt the base cast a shadow? hope i'm not nitpicking. the lighting looks nice. i love night shots. chuck
Joel Gray
This is great work. You could sell this as-is, but since you're asking, I would consider the following: 1. The texture on the wall seems a bit too large and glossy, especially if it's a stucco type finish. 2. The light hitting the ground feels too bright. 3. The light from the sconses feels too dim. Maybe even (dare I say) add a hint of lense flair or glow. These are just my preferences. As I said, this is great work. Keep it up... joshuam1972
Unbelievable! I am very new to the rendering world am inspired to achieve higher levels of realism because of your "work in progress". How did you produce the glass block effect? Incredible!
