The two things I noticed were.....

The table top could use a reflection, it appears to be a matte finish.

The composition is split in two pieces right down the middle. the post on the wall leads your eye to the plant which leads you to the hole in the table which leads you to the front point of the table. maybe a different camera position.

Nice overall soft, friendly feel to your illustration.

As I spent the majority of my career doing images just like this one I thought I'd suggest the following in addition to what was already mentioned:

- Try to adjust the pictures on the wall so that they are not so satuarted and blown out. The frames are too washed out from the light as well.

- Decrease the saturation of the green plants so they look more natural

- Adjust the blur you have going on the 2 x 4 lights as it looks a bit odd.

- Is the t-bar ceilign grid really that wide. May be, but it seems to me about twice as wide as it should be.

- Try moving the chairs about and twist and rotate them a bit. They can still be all nicely lined up if you like, but it will give the image less of a manufactured look if they are not surgically aligned.

Otherwise a good start.

I agree about the ceiling grid. It's too wide. It's also very prominent in the image. Maybe if it's toned down a bit, or a less strong color than black.

The feeling I got from it, is the lighting. It seems generally lit. There isn't enough contrast to separate the objects in the image. The chairs seem to flat in color. Maybe some specular highlights on some of these objects will help.
