Scott Schroeder
Particle Systems are the best bet. Look in the tutorials to see how to set up a particle system. Also for reference, go buy the Finding Nemo Dvd and watch the making of. They have a segment on how they did the scene inside the whale with all of the water washing back and forth looking all frothy.
plastic
dreamscape can simulate sea foam, but it's not too flexible. i'm currently investigating if it's worth it. particles are a cleaner way but i find it hard to make them good looking. there is a boat/foam tutorial scene for particle flow somewhere on the max cds. it looks very ugly, but might be a start. nuha
Hi I try through the particles but it does not come good, also I try to follow the tutorial in the CD but the result is not good. Did any one try to design this foam in max and have a good result?
