Life Style
Here is a student work in progress for a residential project courtyard. It was first modelled in CAD, then 3ds max, and composition work in photoshop. The fountain was made using particle flow so it actually works correctly during animations. It's near completion but still needs some work(background is completely out of perspective, DOF is distracting). C&C are greatly appreciated! P.S. Does anyone know of any resources for pics of people taken from this angle which could be comped in?
Richard McCarthy
Lowpolygon3d.com is your best bet. Those RPC people look pretty bad in these high angles. You can goto the website and get a FREE low poly people. It's pretty fast to render too..

Life Style
Thanks for the help! The falling water for the fountain is covered in that image by the walkway, but you can see the curving path of the water in the centre of the image. I need to add more specular lighting to the water and tweak the material to make it pop.
