Lighting an Exterior in 3ds Max

Can anyone point me in a good direction for lighting exterior tutorials? I usually do interiors and am at a lost with lighting exteriors properly.

 

Even if you have to pay for the tutorials, any links will do!

Covers the basics.. but if you are used to interiors, exteriors are like 10x easier/faster to do, as you have sun and sky ( or env) to controll, and not multiple light sources interfering one with an other.
