something about freelancer or outsourcing company

Recommended Posts

hello guys,

From millions of freelancer and outsourcing companis in the world,we are one of them which located in china ( that means luckly for us we can afford lower price but i know lots of freelancers or companies from china offering crazy lower price than us )

We worked in architectural visualization for about 5 years ,one thing we can see is quality of our works improving every year, but nobody of us has enough expierence or invest enough time to grow the business, that means after 5 years we only keeping good relationship with clients we have but didn't get much new clients.

well,we know quality is always important for the business, but marketing & sales is same important , now we are trying to pay more attention for marking but find it is so difficult (maybe cos we are not good enough in this area) ,we always trying to get clients from forums (post works or search companies which need freelancer),it works sometimes, but as i know every freelancer doing the same,we can't make ourseves standout. the other way is telephone sales,we only tried little since the cost for aboard calling is so high,it works better but very slow.

actually what i want to discuss with ur guys is not about how to get one or two more clients,i want to know more about what kind of future such business can going?maybe a company with 100 artists making projects for big companies around the world?for calling center it is quite possible but for business what we are doing, really not sure.

really appreciate if anyone can share ur thinking here. thx.

thx for suggestion Frank1331,that may works, but u are rite the cost maybe more expensive and also not sure how much clients/relationships it may bring.

btw,how big chance there is for client to take a new supporter since they have old supporters already?will they change supporter team just cos the price is just "little" lower???(just wonder about it,get clients by drop price can only destroy the market...)

price is a consideration, but first and foremost is quality, ability to meet deadlines and most important get the details right. Often lower price = very poor interpretation of the design by not following the drawing accurately. Relationship and trust are also important.
