looking for more information about this chair, but not a clue what it's called or if it's called anything at all, or who designed it?

 

just a quick mock up in sketchup, all i have is a photo, showing it in a interior

i'll go scan the image and post it on here, there is a table that goes with it which may give more clues.

 

could just be any old table and chairs, who knows?

its real then? not conceptual? didn;t think anyone had made a production chair thinner than the isis.
