danb4026
You know, I have not succumbed to the Twitter revolution yet. Can anyone give me a good reason to use Twitter and how it can help us with our business?
brianzajac
You know, I have not succumbed to the Twitter revolution yet. Can anyone give me a good reason to use Twitter and how it can help us with our business? I did a free webinar that talked about social media - benefits & warnings through http://thecgschool.com. We're going to post that video in July. It should answer your questions.
rdubrow
I'd be very interested in seeing the seminar. I have signed up for twitter but like many (I assume) I wonder who really cares enough to read about what I'm doing over the course of the day. Also all this constant updating and networking seems to take up a lot of valuable time. Yes, I sound like a grumpy old man...dam!

Jim Mann
I have a new CG-only twitter account: http://Twitter.com/Fran_Davey I like Twitter its a good way of getting or distributing info. I've often wondered if I should stick with an industry specific account like that. Most of the time I am on design/cg/photography but tangents often whisk me off, particularly ones involving sharks. I'll be having a look at everyone elses but mines at @lightwell_jm

I post a LOT about American politics on my regular feed, and I am pretty sure not many people are interested in hearing that when they associate me with CG. Anything having to do with culture, arts and entertainment, and pet antics is still on the table though.
