MJL Imaging
ok, I haven't posted anything to be critiqued, cause I've too much of a chicken. Anyway, here it is. Show me the way people!
salf
looks good, altho i cant really tell, the image is too small and dark. Post a bigger and brighter one for critics.
Ricardo Eloy
Isn't this image a new version of an old project of yours? I'm almost sure I've seen it before. Anyway, I agree with Salf, it's too dark. There should be more light coming from the screen, lighting the seats and walls. Also, the color of the light should match the color of the image on the screen (green). giraffe
nice work it needs some greenish light coming from the screen-illuminating around.
Ernest Burden III
It seems the most effective, and frankly most easy, way to get the screen to illuminate the room is to make the screen one polygon that is an area light, and then map the movie still right in front of it, as a gel. MJL Imaging
hey, thanks a lot for the comments. good points. I appreciate it. And I'll try to post the finished product when I wrap it up. One thing I'd like to point out is that it's done with VIZ4 and no radiosity. Just standard lighting. I'll implement these changes though, and put it up soon. Thanks again! one more thing, that was as big as I could post it for some odd reason. not sure why
