Crazy Homeless Guy
Off hand I am wondering what your Max transparency levels are set to in the global switch rollout, and the Max reflect/refract levels are set to in the global switch rollout. I have had cases where my proxies turned black while doing composites. Typically it was while I had the proxies not visible to camera, and there were more than 50 layers of transparency needed to get through the proxies. At the 51st layer, the proxy would render black. Lester_Masterson
Holy Jebus. 51 layers? Shall I assume these were trees?
Crazy Homeless Guy
Holy Jebus. 51 layers? Shall I assume these were trees? Yep. I had to go to 300 to get rid of the black on that project. Good thing Vray handles its proxies so efficiently.
