MJL Imaging
Does anyone know of a good timesheet program that could possibly be used with Outlook or even a stand alone that can be setup for use in an Architectural firm. Right now I've setup something in excel and it's a pain in the arse. Any direction with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank ahead.

Crazy Homeless Guy
we use solomon, but i think it is pain in the arse to manage. at least according to the I.T. guys.
Tim Nelson
I use Excel too and don't mind. Its just a matter of taking the time to log in your time. I don't think there's any program that will magically determine when you are working on what project, and what hours are actually bill-able. Jeff Mottle
At Smoothe we use an online system that is available on the company Intranet. The system is custom to Smoothe, but would not be that difficult for anyone with some basic web programming skills to do.
Charles Gaushell
We use Replicon Web Timesheet. It is browser based and tracks projects, personnel, budgets, etc. Generates a ton of reports if needed and very straight forward to use.
MJL Imaging
We use Replicon Web Timesheet. It is browser based and tracks projects, personnel, budgets, etc. Generates a ton of reports if needed and very straight forward to use. I checked this one out, ya know, took the demo route and all. Wasn't able to figure out how to tailor it to work for and Archit Firm. The default on the demo was for Web Stuff. I'm sure there's a way to change it up, just couldn't find it. I guess I'll look back into it and see. Thanks! Regards, M!ke
CRD
We use a program called Timekeeper by Deltek Systems (http://www.deltek.com/default.asp) I'm only an end user of it, so I can't provide any details on how expensive it is or how easy it is to set up. But the interface of the program seems pretty simple and straight forward for may end. Not much help, but at least you have another program to research. Richard McCarthy
Have you check out ArchiADMIN ?? http://www.archiadmin.com It's tailor for architecture, but I must say it isn't all that stable and it has it's problem with each build, but it does print out all kinds of info and keep track of projects.. jackb602
While you're at it, check out ArchiOffice: http://www.archioffice.com/ It's cross-platform, and it handles contacts, schedules, billing, etc. in addition to time tracking. Josh1587140445
We used Timekeeper until we merged with a larger company. Now we use a progam called GMLite. But I think it is a custom program written by the company.
