Matt McDonald
it kind of looks like coplanar faces. you don't have two ground planes in there do you? are you sure that the geometry of your ground plane is clean? What happens if you hide the ground plane and re-render then hide everything but the ground plane.
karolisbilz@yahoo.com
I don't know if it's clean....it supose to be clean....it was in Revit. and i think that's the problem. cause all geometry mamde in revit acts weird at least for me. i made new ground plane in max put on the same texture and it seem to be gone, BUT i small plots of the same "s**t" appeared on the building itself and would really hate to remake the model, cause i've got no time for this. PLS some1 help me with this
Matt McDonald
Despite what the Autodesk marketing material may say Revit into Max isn't such a smooth transition. Search here for Revit to Max, there have been lots of threads on the subject. You'll be able to find some tips that may help you out.

karolisbilz@yahoo.com
and the most weird thing about it is that i get these type of artifacts only from further distances.....when it's close everything seems to be fine.....maybe that will help you with helping me
