I am now in partnership with a retoucher, which is awesome fun. Been doing some interesting work together and finally got around to getting a website built.

 

Im still uploading the retouching work, but the cgi stuff is all pretty much there.

 

I'd really appreciate feedback!! Any tweaks need doing can still very much be done and I value the opinions of my peers here. so fire away with any suggestions.

Looking good Tommy! Everything works well in my end.. only thing is for some reason there is a delay when i click on the links above (about, clients, contact ect) and for the respective window to appear. Don't know if it's from my end, or your servers are slow, but its kind of annoying that I click the link, and like 5 secs later the window appears. Design wise it's nice, maybe just a little more about yourself on the home page needed.

Same thing with me - there is some delay and surfing the site it is very distracting. Remember that statistically people remain 10 sec and even less on a site to get the first impression, so when we need 3 sec to open one image ore go to change menu we escape. The contact page could be more inviting. The style oft the page is ok. Long time that I didn't see your composites - great works. RK

Nice website. Simple look and loaded quickly for me.

 

It just takes a little time for images to load. Couple of sections mainly below the Image categories, images don't load. Might be the content hasn't been uploaded yet. I only see numbers below, but no image loads in that. Also, I feel that the website should fit in the complete view rather than scrolling. Because your contact information disappears.

 

Also it could be better if you move the images that load below, may be on the right or in the main window where the person click and images load, given him a go back option or something.

 

When I middle button click on the capabilities to open in a new window, the page does not load with the background. I think there should not be a open in a new page for that isn't it.

 

When I open the capabilities page on the main page itself, the close cross doesn't work for me. It closes when I click out of the box. Same goes for other tabs as well.

 

Sorry for criting it so much, overall it really looks very nice.
